Last weekend, I met up with 5 great (and adorable!) kids at CM Crockett Park. It was so much fun, and it was so nice seeing how much they really love one another. Here are some from our time together!

Caleb was extremely shy of the camera at first, but about half way through, he wouldn't stop asking me to "please take one like this..., and one like this...." He was so cute!

a big family!

I have been meaning to post a couple pictures from this big family session I did before I left for vacation! My good friend, Tracy, had asked me to take some classic family photos while her sister and nephews were in town. It was a beautiful day, and I was able to capture exactly what they wanted! I only wish that I had had more time to run around with the kids and document their day together!

happy 1st birthday, addison!

addison is one today! i can't believe it how fast this year has gone. i am a little sad, but of course so excited to enter the next stage(s) with her! she has grown so much the past few months (she's still really tiny though, still in size 2 diapers!!!). she LOVES to say hi, and she will say it about 20 times in a row. she says quack quack, eyes (and point to them!), and she is trying to say both book and bunny, and....me and marc are pretty sure she tries to say amelia, but it's hard to say. no pun intended! anyway, here are a few pictures of her from this morning when we went to take a walk in the yard!

the tea party.

For Amelia's 6th birthday, she decided to have a couple friends over for a tea party. The decorations were beautiful, (thanks mom!) and everything was very yummy. All the girls looked so cute in their dresses! Here are some from the afternoon!

The birthday girl specifically asked for cupcakes with pink icing, sprinkles, and cherries on top! My girl has good taste, they turned out so cute!!

We almost had to move the party inside due to gloomy weather. As soon as the guests arrived, the sun came out, full force! It was pretty bright, and HOT , but the girls did pretty well.

What tea party is complete without cucumber sandwiches and teapot shaped pb&j's?!

Each girl had some glitter glue, sequins, beads and stickers to decorate a teacup magnet...

They turned out great!!

oh Amelia. She has days where she wants me to take her picture all day long, and days where she wants to be left alone (or, be the one TAKING the pictures!).
